Pen-y-ghent and Whernside – the highest of Yorkshire’s great mountains.
For keen golfers our cottages make for the perfect
golf break with fantastic courses nearby too. These cottages offer golf courses right on the doorstep, or very close by.
Other areas of interest include the Ribblehead Viaduct and Betty’s Café Tea Rooms. If you have children with you, we recommend a visit to the Lightwater Valley Theme Park for rollercoasters and a great day out, but you’ll also want to stop by the Stainmore Railway station which is famous for its high number of cats.
