The Old Stables is a fabulous Cottage with many of the original features adding character & style to the property. The first floor offers two spacious king size bedrooms, both with their own bathrooms. The en-suite has a modern shower room whilst the main bathroom has a bath with shower. This 16th century barn boasts window seats throughout to enjoy the views. Downstairs there is a relaxing lounge with a wood burner taking centre stage & large, smart TV. There is a fully equipped kitchen & open plan dining area. With characterful beams, stone walls, original flooring and an old range this wonderful property offers modern living whilst still maintaining many characteristics.
The Old Stables benefits from fibre to the premises, which provides ultra fast internet speeds (over 200Mbps Download/Upload Speeds). Also a new LG 55 Inch 4K OLED TV with Apple TV. Also allows connection to Netflix, and all main streaming services.
Outside offers a huge enclosed garden for everyone to enjoy, seating area and a car port for up to two cars.

The Old Stables is located in the stunning Yorkshire Dales between Clapham and Settle, based just 5 minutes from the main A65 in Keasden this property has great access to many popular Yorkshire villages.
With easy access to the glorious Lake District and Yorkshire Dales National Parks there are stunning views over the surrounding fells and fabulous walks straight from the door. If you plan to do some more adventurous hiking, then Ingleton is just a few miles away there is so much to do in this area from cycling, caving, hiking and golfing! Or why not try the three peaks of Whernside, Pen-y-Ghent, Ingleborough? Plus, the Lakeland hills are all easily accessed.
20 minutes’ drive away is the Cove at Malham, the sheer rock face challenges climbers and also protects a pair of nesting peregrine falcons which can be viewed during the summer months. Just a short drive away is the town of Settle, with fabulous eateries and walking routes from here you will also find the famous Carlise-Settle railway. Most enjoyable stay and beautiful location. No complaints but be prepared for long drives to gain full benefit of the area. If a walker, then superb!
