As you enter Waters Edge you are immediately struck by the panoramic and far reaching views. The river aspect has glass opening doors leading onto double balconies from which to take in the magnificent views. In fact, this stylish apartment has been designed so that from every area you can always appreciate the view.
The apartment is split level and open plan throughout, with fibre broadband. The well equipped bespoke kitchen has an American Fridge Freezer, Nespresso machine, dishwasher, extra wide oven and hob with ample Corian worktops. There is also a bespoke extra wide wine storage cabinet for those special bottles!
The dining area has seating for 6 and the balconies have a bistro dining table and chairs for Al Fresco dining or an evening drink – taking in the wonderful views and sunset. The living area has a large sofa and coffee table, Smart TV and a discreet work station (just in case!)
The bedroom area has a kingsize bed, ample storage and wall mounted TV. The ensuite bathroom has a walk-in rain shower, Laufen curved basin with large mirrored area over, w.c. and a heated towel rail. The apartment has dim-out motorised blinds and central heating throughout. There is a washer drier in the lobby.
There is a public pay and display car park at Darthaven Marina directly below the apartment. If you would prefer a parking permit to accommodate your stay please let us know and this can be arranged for you at a small additional charge.

Kingswear and Dartmouth offer wonderful restaurants, historic pubs and an abundance of boutique shops and galleries.
