We had a wonderful stay at Park House Cottage. Stunning location with lots of lovely walks from your doorstep and only a quick trip in the car into Kirkby Lonsdale which has everything you could want. Beautiful little Market Town with lots of places to eat and soak up the atmosphere. We would thoroughly recommend a stay in this wonderful part of the world. Will definitely be back.

Given this our 5th visit to this beautiful cottage it speaks volumes how special we find it. The location is exceptional and there are many lovely walks surrounding it. Barbon is a charming, friendly village and less than 10 minutes drive is the stunning market town of Kirkby Lonsdale. The cottage itself is very comfortable and scrupulously clean.

We have stayed in Mill House cottage before and now Park House cottage. The standard of both cottages was excellent. We had a lovely stay. The area is amazing, so relaxing and we fell lucky with the weather. Can’t wait to book another break with the family in another cottage. Highly recommend.
