The panoramic view dominates the space which features open plan kitchen, dining and living areas with glass sliding doors that access the decking, which sits over the turquoise lake. The afternoon sun streams in through the glass and as the sun is setting the myriad of colours over the lake are spectacular.
The decking area wraps around the property and features outdoor dining furniture for al fresco dining. From here you can sit and watch the lake dwellers, an abundance of birds, ducks and a variety of fish (which you are free to catch if you can)! The hot tub is perfectly positioned on the deck to take in the lake view after a day’s walking or exploring.
There is a super-efficient log effect stove which gives the property a cosy atmosphere and whilst you will be mesmerised by the lake in front of you, there is also a Smart TV and hyper-fast broadband.
The open kitchen area is fully fitted with all modern appliances, fridge-freezer, oven, 5 ring gas hob, wine chiller, dishwasher and Nespresso machine. Adjacent to the kitchen area there is ample storage for coats, boots/shoes and a gorgeous ground floor guest cloakroom.
There is also a separate laundry cupboard which contains a washer drier.
There are two spacious bedroom suites, one on each floor. Both of these have super-king beds, dressing area and en-suite bathrooms with huge walk-in rain showers. The ground floor bedroom has a superb spa-style shower area for the ultimate shower experience as well as a free-standing bath. Each bedroom has a wall mounted Smart TV.
The interior designer owners have created a contemporary lakeside boathouse with a double height vaulted ceiling and a luxurious and open living area.
