Each bedroom has french windows leading out onto a decking area overlooking the loch. The two principal bedroom suites have 32 inch televisions and one has a wood burning stove. Each of these two main bedrooms have seating and relaxing areas from which to enjoy the loch views and watch the boats going up and down the loch.
The open plan sitting room and kitchen area are located on the first floor with dramatic views of the loch. The large wall mounted TV in the sitting room has a sound bar and sub woofer system for enhanced volume . The sitting room also has a wood burning stove.
The oak kitchen is contemporary in style and fitted with every modern convenience including a dishwasher and full sized fridge freezer. The panoramic window is a great distraction from everyday chores !
There is full mobile phone reception and the property enjoys super fast broadband.
Loch Lochy is just 15 minutes from the Nevis Range Gondola system - perfect for skiing in the winter and mountain biking in the summer. Fort William which lies 20 minutes to the south is known as the Outdoor Capital of the UK and offers every possible activity from kayaking, white water rafting and climbing.
Skye Fall is an ideal location for touring the West Coast, The Islands of Skye and Mull, and of course, Loch Ness and within easy driving range.
An hour from Loch View lies Inverness, the principal town in the region. A trip on the famous Harry Potter steam train over to Mallaig is essential or drive along the Road to The Isles and wonder at the beauty of the area!

This is the most amazing place ever, it is right on the edge of the loch with fabulous, uninterrupted views. The cottage itself is 5* luxury and has everything in it that you`ll ever need. Everything is provided including dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid and even kitchen roll! It is lovely and warm and so cozy, we absolutely loved it. It was a wrench to leave. If you are thinking of visiting The Highlands then this is the place to stay.
Skye fall is indeed a perfect gateway to so many magnificent sights. Glencoe is a must. The cottage is spotless and very comfortable, it has all the amenities for self catering if you wish. ( egg cups would be nice ) , but that is just a personal touch. We chose to sleep in one of the downstairs bedrooms, to open the patio doors to dramatic views of the loch and see sea eagles fly buy in the morning was a treat. Sweep our black cocker spaniel loved a dip in the loch on our private beach. would we stay again? Yes please.
Had an excellent stay with 6 adults sharing comfortably. Location is brilliant, a short drive to fort William and driving distance to Skye. Comfortable, spacious, clean and jetty is a huge bonus. Would recommend and would happily stay again.
